The Board currently has one vacancy.  The Authority Board consists of six (6) members who are appointed by the Council of the Borough of Pleasant Hills and one (1) member who is appointed by the Supervisors of the Township of South Park.

Board members are appointed to 5 year terms with the individual term start dates staggered such that only 1 or 2 board members terms end in any given year. Five of the board members are residents of the Borough of Pleasant Hills, one board member is a resident of the Borough of Baldwin and one is a resident of the Township of South Park.
